THese are the $300 version, heavy leather, double zipper, double tooth belt, adjustable straps in back...and doesn't say HD in big letters down the side :-), but does have HD pressed in leather. I actually prefer chaps, Jeans, and Bohn armor to regular motorcycle pants :-). Only reason I'm selling is I lost 50 pounds and they don't fit anymore...I went bought a new pair a size smaller.
