For the C10, it's a good idea to pack an emergency peg (i.e. a 130mm x 8mm bolt if I remember correctly). That way, if you end up breaking a driver's footpeg, you have a backup. The bolt doesn't take up much space either, although I put some rubber tubing and a washer on mine to make it a little more comfortable.
Of course, if you have tipover bars, your pegs should be a bit safer...
Also, a pair of needlenose vise grips is a nice thing to have. Among other things, they may get you out of a jam if you break a clutch or brake handle off near/at the base of the lever. In January, I had this very problem, and was profusely thanking whomever here recommended packing those.
