Shad mounting plate
« on: December 27, 2011, 02:42:30 PM »
Hey guys.  Long time, no post.

I was doing some garage cleaning and discovered a brand new Shad mounting plate.  It's the same one used on the SH46.  I don't know the part number, but can get it a little later today.  As far as I can remember it has all the mounting hardware in the box.  I have to take a second look.  The thing is brand new and was sent to me by Shad because their installation instructions showed a metal plate to go underneath this plastic piece.  Apparently, that's changed and I was sent this (again).

I figure it'd be good to have for a Shad owner with two bikes.  This way you can switch the topcase back and forth without having to mount the plate again and again.

Make me an offer.  If there's interest I'll get  the rest of the particulars and post a picture.  I'm just posting this so I don't forget to do it when I get home.

The Shad part number is D1B40PA.  There are actually two nut sets in the box. I never used mine, I used Phil's hardware. Lets see if the pic works.
