This amazes me... I was the first to respond to the post and I was sidestepped by apparently someone sending a pm.... Ok no problem I get in line... The first person falls through and I get sent a pm at 1:15 this afternoon... I just responded to the pm and then pull up the for sale section to find I was not even given time to respond to the pm I was sent... People never cease to amaze me...

Not sure what the proper time is to wait for a response to a pm from someone who hasn't even said they wanted it but whatever.  Between both boards there were actually 3 buyers in front of you if you want to get technical.  That's why I posted the reduced price, nobody had committed.  Guess you've never tried to sell something and deal with tire kickers.  I'll miss a bunch of the guys on this board but don't think you'll be one of them.  Y'all be safe.
