FYI you can get spare set screws at ace the place for the helpfull hardware man, there about .40 in stainless. JUst thought I would help out your sale,  regards Steve

Will these fit a 1990 and will I need longer brake/clutch lines?

Yes...and no...that is, not if you are running the stock bars, hoses, and cables...

Are these the GenMars?  Is all the hardware there?  The piece on the right looks like it's got a bottom screw missing.

It did have a screw missing when I took the pic...I picked up a couple of set screws...so, now all the hardware is there...I don't know how to tell if they are Gen Mar...don't think there is any marking on them...
