Cell phone holder

Do you guys have suggestion what kind of cell phone holder to use to install between the the bars so the phone would be in center.

Quad Lock.  I have mine mounted with a Ram Ball set up.  It was on the used 2017 I bought.  Never heard of them before.
Mines a charger also.  I can take a pic if needed.

I have a magnetic mount to the stearing stem perfect spot for me. The magnet is realy strong expecialy if you remove the rubber protector pad. Can almost not even pull it off by hand.
