I got my rear wheel back from the shop with a new pr4gt
I have a long bolt, large nut, spacer and two washers. I see how one washer goes right behind the nut,
But where does the other one go?
Does it go on the other side behind the head of that 15” bolt?

I looked at that drawing and see only one extra washer. The last time the wheel was removed was when I had it flat bedded to a dealer for a new Michelin ( was knifed). Maybe they added a washer to it?
In other words , is the only washer in the whole axle area :
92200 922001489
01 WASHER,19X32X2.6
????

That's how I see it.

All of my C14s had or have a washer that goes between the axle head and the rear drive. It is thinner than the washer that goes next to the nut. Not sure why it does not show in that parts diagram.

Yes, the washer behind the castle nut is smaller. The “extra “ one is thin and wider in diameter. Your pic helped a lot.
