Thanks for everyones input, I decided to go with
http://www.highvelocitygear.com/JuggernautBodyArmor.html, it's 30.00 cheaper if you go thru Advrider. I choose this one since all of it armor is rated and a lifetime warranty too. As far as heat, with my 14 inch windscreen I think I'll be okay, I get a ton of air. I ride all year round as do alot of folks here, so I do prepare for the 90+ temps and humidity.
