People with small feet (size 14 or less) don't understand!  I have size 15 feet, and have only found two motorcycle boots/shoes in that size.  I don't know of anything in size 17.

You might have to settle for an alternative to a pure motorcycle boot, such as:

I will never ever bitch about trying to find motorcycle footwear in size 13.  The problem is that a lot of this stuff is European made.  Most European stuff stops at size 47.  This is NOT U.S. size 13.  I don't care what anybody says.  The correct European size is 48.

Honestly, you may have to get something custom-made state-side.

I heard that Rossignol may have something that may be waterproof in a size 17. If not try Chris craft.

Not as long as he takes off the rider's pegs and uses the passenger pegs.  :D

Your toes must be in a different time zone than your heels with feet that big....

I had a pair of Bates tactical boots, but they were not waterproof. I would spray them every couple of months with the RedHead brand waterproofing spray that Bass Pro sells. They worked just fine. I don't have big feet, but My point is, that if You find something comfortable, but not waterproof, it's no problem to make them waterproof.

I know this is adding insult to my own injury but here are a couple pic's of my boots.  I bought the bike in January and have put a little 0ver 5000 miles on it.  This is the result on my boots!  Funny part is it is with the balls of my feet on the pegs.  My friends say it looks like a Duck riding a motorcycle....lol  I am looking for a extra set of rear passanger peg mounts if anyone has them.  The outward support on the rear passenger peg mounts hits my heal and prevents me from putting my feet any farther back

Dude! Thems some BIG shoes! When I saw that pic first thing that came to mind was CLOWN SHOES! LMAO!
(sorry about that couldn't help myself)
Seriously if you put a set of passenger lowered pegs on the bike you'll be able to rest your heal on the passenger pegs,I do it all the time with my 10.5's
