Title: Scratch Protection.
Post by: Engraverwilliam on May 21, 2015, 04:22:00 PM
So, I wear knee/shin guards as part of my ATGATT regimen.
These.

Lately I've noticed fine scratches happening from the rivets on the guards.
I tried sticky pads on the rivets but they fall off rather quickly.

I looked into getting some pre-bought tank protectors but I just wasn't happy with the design and fitment.
Then it hit me. I'm an engraver/sign maker. I'll bet I could design something that would work and look great too. Without having to spend $50 bucks.

So check it out.

 8) Made from tactile ADA Applique' plastic. These pieces will not corrode or fade for like 5 years. And removal will only leave a small amount of adhesive wich disolve with mild orange oil spirits.

I wish I could sell this stuff I would make a fortune. I can make personal stuff from work bu they heavily frown on selling it.  :D

It looks good. Are you sure it was scratches and not some disease from parking near a BMW? :o

Very well done indeed.... Perhaps you should consider selling these? In my opinion they look better than anything else I've seen fitted to the Concours....
