I may be getting too soft, but have you seen The Nutcracker by Bolshoi Ballet? Make a note to see it - it will bring your holiday spirit few notches up, trust me! As much as I don't approve anything "soviet", the Russians are on the top of the charts when we are talking ballet... 

Find it on your cable or rent a CD - you won't be disappointed. Find the 2011 version....
