According to my records, I did coolant in Feb 17...so 5.5 years. I didn't record mileage, but I'd guess 15 k miles

I think it’s about time. I normally do five years are 50,000 miles whichever comes first. For me it’s always five years. Don’t drive or ride more than 5 to 7000 miles a year.

Then I would do it every 2 years.  When I had my C10 I did it every 2 years.

Much better idea. Then you don't have to replace the pump as often like I did!

Every other year for me, 4-5000 miles a year. I too flush once with regular water before each change.

Yup great point. I take my bike/car for a hot drive on plain water to get it all around the jackets.
