I have the same parts {I believe}.
I forget which pistons they are, but their .080" oversized as I recall.
The Rods are longer than stock and the pistons have a wrist pin location that matches that rod length.
The pairing pushes the new piston about .020" higher than the top of the OEM piston.
ie; More compression.
I balanced all of my parts, and never got back to doing the build.
The pistons/rods you have are lighter than stock, so they shouldn't add any strain to the crank.
