I wish I had a 4 car garage.  Can one really have too much garage space?

This is all fine well and good, but has anyone been pulled over by a LEO C14?

The C-14 is officially the fastest police pursuit vehicle in history and bad news for anyone trying to flee. I have talked to a couple of cops in California who love the performance and will never go back to BMW or Harley.

17 over in a 65. I just popped it down into 4th gear knowing there was a speed trap coming up. Was probably at 95+or- before the down shift. Pretty lucky morning. $285.00
That was at about 38,000 miles after owning my 08. out of 44,000 miles.
Another 49,000 miles on my 2010 and 15,000 miles on my 2011.
Almost 110.000 miles with 1 ticket. Not bad.

Steve buy a house with a BIG garage.

The plan is to buy a house outside of the urban limits that has a 2-car garage, and room out back for a big shop. (2-4 car depending on how you pull them in, i think my buddies shop is 20x40 or 30x50. Either way, it does the job! )

The more space one has the more stuff one has to put in it. I have a 3.5 car garage and I still need more room!

I never mentioned braking. I down shifted. Besides what is the sense of having power you can't stop?
I typically ride up and down the highway from Wells Maine to Boston Mass I run about 20 over on average. Good thing I bought the only Super-Sport-Tourer on the market.

There are always speed limits of some sort here...  No autobahns that I know of in the US.

For a short time Montana had a few places where the speed limit was "Safe and Reasonable" whatever that means. But that is gone.

Perhaps, but I would like to see what the accident statistics show.

I bend the law every time I get on the bike, but what ticks me off is that the only time I've been pulled over was when I made an emergency maneuver to get around a tractor-trailer in a 60 mph canyon wind gust.  For all I know the trooper's radar picked up a piece of blowing debris.  He told me that he thought about letting me off until he saw that my speedo went to 185?!?

got pulled over twice, once on the PA turnpike and once in a tiny town along the delaware river and was let go with a warning. That was before i bought a radar detector and a H.A.R.D system. I haven't been stopped since.

Nope.

Oklahoma had two Hayabusas decked out with lights and sirens, specifically for hunting down sportbikers doubling and tripling the speed limit.
