I will take a poke at it. When I blew it up, it is very pixelated. Triumph maybe?

Best guess: "Clint Eastwood bought a Norton Ranger while filming Where Eagles Dare in London in 1968"

I'm guessing Norton is probably correct. Doesn't look like a Triumph badge though it is hard to make out. Good eye George.
