I recently purchased (build date started 8-21-2015) and put 253 miles on this and it affects the back of my leg, sciatica nerve pain. I had a Laam seat do this also, so I seem to do best on the stock saddle.
This is an all leather, small diamond pattern, solo, S-2, Russell serial # 315-28807. This seat is right out of the box a week and a half ago with a single day of 253 miles, so it is in excellent condition. The seat pan is the original off of my 2012 C-14.
