Title: 2015 H2 Sales
Post by: connie14boy on December 08, 2014, 12:40:44 AM
I wonder how many H2's are being pre-sold at 25K sight unseen? I understand all orders must be taken by 12/19/14 or you are SOL.

They have them on display at the International Motorcycle Shows. I have to say, they are very cool!

A lot of us think that $25K is a lot of money for a bike, but that is the average price of a boring, ho-hum new car these days. There are lots and lots of people that can easily afford a $25K motorcycle. An awful lot of Harleys are that much, and what does a Goldwing run? You see lots of those on the road.

Actually, to me the $25K for the H2 seems pretty reasonable, considering the technology involved. The equivalent car would be way over $100K.

As far as someone buying one sight unseen, there is a very strong appeal to many people to have the latest, newest thing. I don't think Kawasaki will have any problem selling them.

Totally different market...   The folks that buy those are looking at serious mile-munching road sofas!  The H2 crowd is wanting the latest / greatest sporting artillery...

With the exception of the new C-7 Vette(MSRP: $62,165)....+1    Spot on!
