On the thread on the other forum it mentions the person's name at Ultimate Cycle who started handling the warranty, call and ask for him by name that is what i did twice , sorry i cant recal his name at the moment.

Yep. I have all that info. Left a detailed message. No reply. Plenty of people will take my money without having to ask twice!
