I have a bag of old tennis balls cut in half I use instead of cones (easy to transport, safe-ish to run over)

For anybody in the Northern Virginia area, the Mid Atlantic Police Rodeo is being held in the Target parking lot in Gainesville on September 22-24. Pretty fun if you have never been.
