Finally!! Motax Deflectors Installed
« on: May 28, 2011, 02:49:31 PM »
So it's too late for these, but I wanted to see how they were on the bike.  I finally got the brackets from my buddy.  He powdercoated them in a subtle wrinkle finish that matches the dash panels.  I also got black nuts and bolts for the plexi portions.  I left the bolts that go into the dash as shiny.  I have black oxide bolts to go in there if I decide I don't like them.  No for some pics:

Those aren't like the Motax deflectors I have. I actually like them better as they are higher for use with risers.

Maybe they're different for the 2010? These were bought through the group buy on the forum.

They look good!

The deflectors for the '08s/'09s are different than the deflectors for the '10s/'11s.

Those look like they will do a great job
Here's mine. I'm going to go to a window tint shop and get some scraps and tint them
