For the person looking for a bit of a project, maybe talk him down some but plastics can't be too spendy or ZG wouldn't have 10 pairs for a different color every time he actually rides the thing. If I didn't have my hands full right now I'd probably look at it myself.

I just called on it, the seller my guess is in his 20's, he didn't know I already had one and laid it on thick with what a great bike the Concours 14 is, and that you can get a whole new set of bodywork for $1500 and sell it all day for $8k+... ya right.

He said he'd take $2800 cash for it. Hmmm.... could be fun to build... $:-\$

I'll sleep on it and let you know, if it sells before I decide it wasn't meant to be.

Too much plastic missing. Basically everything. No bags. No headlight, no windshield or motor. No mirrors. Probably no headlight/mirror bracket. Fairing stays are probably gone. No foam insulators. I put one together with way more parts to start with and it still cost $4K in parts. If you wanted to keep it naked Ok, but don't even think of trying to get it back to stock. Just buy one of the many around for under $7K.

This might be a good track day bike. I know that I would like to explore the limits of my C14 but I am not willing to take the chance of dropping it.

15 minutes away, kinda wondering why I never see it on the road? That would be kinda hard to miss. Let me know Jay, gonna be out that way tomorow and Sunday is free.

I've seen great complete ones in the $5k to $6k range and I think by the time you got this one back complete it would be right in that ballpark... $:-\$
