Casio Pathfinder style watch is a must for me at work. A cell phone could provide much greater detailed info, but is not practical "in the field".

I quit wearing watches when cell phones became so common for all, if I need to check the time I look at my phone which is already on me 24/7...
Me too, but today I pulled the phone out at lunch time and I did a double take when it told me it was 12:58pm Dec 26.   :o
(The time was only like 45 minutes off, but the date was sort of a good indicator that something was not quite right.)

I would wear a watch if it was a Dick Tracy watch. Then I could pitch the cell phone!
