I got my bag liners. Really happy with them. Installed the Projekt D rad guard and fender extender. Now to wait out this unseasonable cold snap.

Had a productive day yesterday on my 2012 C14. Installed a Classic Industries hitch & a removable rack that attaches to the hitch, Now I can carry my tent & camping  gear on it. Also replaced the narrow stock front footpegs with Kuryakyn ISO footpegs, They are much wider & give much more support to the bottom of your feet.

Yes, not the deluxe. I think they are going to be a worthwhile investment. I have loaded all my rain gear, tire repair, and extra cold weather gear and still have plenty of room in one bag. Should have done the same for my C10 many years ago.

Yes, not the deluxe.

Probably no point in the "deluxe"... the site doesn't say much about those, anyway

I love them.  The only problem with them is that the zippers are puny, so you have to be careful.  One of mine failed after a few uses- but the company replaced it at no charge and haven't messed it up again yet (and have used them many dozens of times now.

Good idea for the rack, how much weight are you able to put on it?. I like the looks of those foot pegs

I have had my cooler with 10x10 tent strapped on top of it then a camp chair on top of tent. Inside of the cooler was my lightweight sleeping bag & a few misc items. I could not tell anything was back there & and I would scrape the pegs before anything back there touched the road. Since the hitch is rated for 507 pounds & the rack is made of strong tubular steel I think I'd be safe for at least 50 pounds of gear, Since that weight will be behind the rear tire I would not put much more than that for fear of the front tire getting to light.  Eventually I want to get a mini pop up camper to tow & been looking for a good deal on one. I was also thinking of one of those 1 wheeled small trailers to hall gear. I got a sweet deal on the hitch awhile ago so that's half the battle won !.

I thought they looked a little weak and I tend to overstuff! Thanks for the heads up.

Over the past couple-three months, I've added the following:

  • Muzzy's slipon
  • Michelin PR 4 GTs
  • Throttlemeister (yesterday)
  • Saddlemen saddle

Next stop will be the ECU flash.

The tires are a godsend and the Muzzy's looks better than the stock bazooka. Throatier-sounding, but meh. Could be a little quieter. And the lower saddle helps keep the tippy-toe thing on my 30-inch inseam reasonable. All in all, I'm pleased.

Installed a new rear tire on my spare rim today, My Dad bought me a Shinko Advance 005 for Christmas so I'm going to give it a try once the tire That's on the bike wears out in another few weeks. I dismounted the tire off the rim & installed the new one in about 4 minutes, Got my tire change set up all figured out & working good

Over the last week,

Installed Fender Extender, Hyper Lite flashing LED brake and running lights, added a hidden momentery button to open glove box without ignition needing to be on and got my ECU flashed by SISF.

Rode it into work this morning, flash review to come after I get some miles on it, initial feel was noticed with the very first shift into second ... can you say smoooooth!!

Ive got a guy 7 miles up the road that mounts and balances my tires for $10 each and I can carry then in at any time( off the bike of course). As long as I have that hook up I don't need my own changer.

I've tried that and don't think it's any fun at all.  I got the same deal as Tim.  Ain't worth the aggravation.
