Anyone have any experience with these?  Negative or positive?

I'm looking for some neck support to help with stabilizing my helmet/head while I'm dealing with my pinched nerve.

Jim, I have not tried one but my son drives a dirt race car and uses these, it does help prevent neck fatigue and shock to the neck for the dirt car drivers. I'm not sure if it would help you but it would certainly be worth a try if only to take some stress off.

I just bought a soft collar to wear while at home and driving.  It helped!
