If you had the BLUE one you wouldn't need to add all that stuff to make it faster. ;) :rotflmao:

Truth be told I'm jealous, well maybe one day I will get those farkles. Hey if I didn't make the drive to California this week I'd have the money, not like I would be around long enough to spend it though ::) :cannon:

Not only am I bone stock, I don't even know what half of that stuff is!  Besides with a 17 and 18yr old, there's no funds for it.......maybe when I'm old and gray! ::)

Sorry ZG, but it's time for an intervention.  From this point forward, any and all farkles you order should be shipped directly to me to prevent you from continuing down this path of self-destruction and financial ruin.  That said, here's a list of what I need:

XL Rear Rack
Helmet Lock Kit
Oxford Heated Grips
Rosta Cruise Control Kit
Corbin Seat
Cee Bailey's Headlight Protector
MC Enterprises Crash Bars (front and small rear)
Wolfman Expedition Dry Medium Duffle
Motocentric Mototrek 19 Tank Bag
Lifetime supply of new tires, rotors and brake pads

I hear ya OKX, I have 15 & 17 year old girls.

I work way too much and have to travel far too much for work to not spend some of my $ on myself...

Plus, it's also in comparison too. Coming off a 10 year stint of spendy sports cars that I got out of when the economy took a dump, the cost of farkling a bike feels much less expensive to the pocket!  :)

I probably just need a better job!  Oh well, I should be grateful, in this economy, to have a decent job! :)

Hold on a second, there was a mistake in his (ZG's) calculatin', I made the proper corrections below.

Black = faster than most colors

Black with full Muzzys dual should* =  the speed of a stock BLUE one.
(* almost)

ZG, Listen Carefully - It's Not A HARLEY!  The C14 is a bike you can actually RIDE!

I really wish you hadn't bowed out on me today, I could have really used you out there, to save me from myself.  I spent just under 11 hours in the saddle, with only 3 stops where I actually got off the bike (none longer than 10 minutes).  All gas stops were 'gas and go' without getting off the bike.

I chased 2 deer off the road, discovered the C14 w/PR2's isn't stable in soft sand at all, encountered the biggest damn carpenter ants I've ever seen in my life - they were swarming all over the road and some were even flying!  Who's crazy idea was it to make an ant that's body is over an inch long, then give it wings!!!  The front of my bike is trashed.  My visor had so many bug splatters on it, I could barely see through it when I got home.  There was more, but I'm too tire right now to remember.

Wait, where was I?  Oh yes, stop farkelizing the poor bike, and RIDE IT!   ;D

You have teenagers, so you should already be gray just from living with them.

The last bike I spent thousands on was a 09 KLR 650.

My C-14, well she don't need anything extra (except tail pack and go cruise).  She's just fine as she is.
