Could someone list the steps to plug the pair system up? I don’t want to buy blocking plates, i just want to know how to find tge hose that needs to be plugged.

The blocking plates are the simplest way to go and you can easily make your own out of some readily available sheet metal and some minor metalworking with a hacksaw, drill, and file. Plugging the hoses can be done but in either case the plates and the plumbing are located on top of the valve cover above the exhaust manifold.  To get there you will need to pull the fairings and remove some additional parts that are in the way.

There is just enough room to get in there with your hands and some tools to remove the pair system.  It may look impossible but it's not.

The service manual is your friend here.

I plugged just the one hose.
Still crackles and pops a little when doing a decell, but it is an improvement.
Hose is on the right side of the throttle bodies. Just pull the hose, (I think it's grey) stuff a tight fitting ball bearing in and re-install the hose.

My question is, removing the pair system a better way to stop the decell popping?

Ride safe, Ted

In a similar area, if anyone can direct me to a post showing how to deal
with the hoses, after I remove the Ca. smog cannister and air valve ?

Thanks,
