What I used to think about my Concours
« on: October 11, 2011, 02:09:17 PM »
1. I used to think that my 09 Concours had too hard of a seat and sloped too much into the tank.

2. I used to think that I needed risers to make my  ride more comfortable.

3. I used to think that I needed more wind protection.

4. I used to think that  "Man this bike is really heavy".

Then I bought a 2011 GSXR 1000 ( fast as he!!, minimal comfort, great addition), now I don't think too much about  #1-#3, but #4 still holds true. Wow what a wonderful, comfortable, cushy bike the Concours is. 8)

Yup....different bikes for very different reasons and fun, yet some want to make the C14 into a ZX14. :yikes:

I love flogging the big bike around like it's a 600. Makes my riding more exciting :)

Yep.  I went from a ZX-10R to a C-14.

My Connie is slow, but luxurious.
