Sliders Pants from Comp Acc
« on: May 27, 2011, 01:04:01 PM »
Anybody using them or have used them in the past?  Seem like good britches at a good price, just looking for some first hand experience.

Thanks for the input!

I don't know, but they're running a sale right now so I ordered a pair of the jeans-style armored pants.

I bought a pair and they run VERY large.  Order the next smaller waist size than you normally wear, trust me.  Other than that they are pretty good.  Real warm for jeans.

I looked at them for quite a while last month.  I would probably have ordered them if I could get grey instead of black.  Blue is a definite "no", and black is just too hot.  Grey would be perfect.

That would be difficult considering the smallest size is only a 30 :(

Thanks for the info Sea Level.

They have several styles including khakis.  Im personally looking at the Kevlar Waterproof Quest pants.  see link.  They also have an all season pair that look pretty nice.  They all seem to get good reviews.  I'm surprised nobody seems to have them.  Even after asking around at some get togethers and shops.
