Was that the first valve adjustment?  Glad it worked out well although all that work for an O-ring definitely is not great

I didn't have any worries when I did mine.  Had the shop do it.  They did all the worrying for me.

The Strom is easy peezy, only 2 jugs and everything is easy to access. We just had a guy on Stromtroopers turn 300,000 on his 1000, original clutch and no out of the ordinary maintenance in that time frame "that is UNREAL". Have any of the original ZG's had similar mileage without major repairs?

Just shy of 100 and starts at 9500. The totally new 2014 coming out soon, no specs released yet but should be 100 plus.

Don't let it get away from you, Poke.. ::) ;)

On the subject of engine longevity, the ZG engines have proven to be very reliable.  We have C14 engines with over a 100k miles on them now and I don't see anything that would preclude them going 200k miles.

It aint no slouch I assure you, and yeah I figured there were some original ZG's out there with some serious miles. The C14 has already shown exceptional longevity for an engine that powerful, pretty impressive IMHO.
