I purchased this new and never installed it. Its designed for motorcycles so it's vibration and water resistant. Please research online for reviews and opinions since I haven't used it I can't tell ya how good it is.

We've concluded that this is a version 1 motorcycle radar detector. I'm open to offers.

I can't find anything that says 1 or 2 on box...... I purchased in summer of 2011.

Is there alot of differences between versions 1 & 2?
If its an older model I'm open to a fair offer, I had priced it based on the invoice in the box.
This was a purchase I made just before my ex informed me that she was gonna be my ex. So I'm finally going through my stuff and getting rid of things I don't use.

Yes, it appears to be a version 1.

The power cord and port are in a slightly different location.

Does anyone know much about the version 1 series? I see that version 2 made improvements (that's usually why they make a version 2) but does anyone have any history on how good the version 1 was? It's still a rugged and water resistant radar detector but now I've no reference to value. :-/
