Will Tiger finish in the top 3 of the Masters this week?

On the 15th he hit the flag, rebounded into the water.  He could have dropped in the designated drop area or a drop from his previous.  He elected the previous.  The drop ended up about two feet back from his divet (they say 2 yards, aint no way).  The ruling body determined a 2 stroke penalty.  I could go on forever, best to tune into the Golf channel.  So many variables, so many opinions, and FWIW, each opinion has validity.

Will he withdraw?  We'll know soon enough.
