No. It's north of Clayton off 441 and is just east of Dillard and Mountain City. Not the old one just north of Helen. That's an old sewing plant that is all chopped up and largely useless.They have all kinds of "attractions" in that one.
This one is an old textile plant that is 100% refurbed. Very nice. It started life as a carpet plant, became a Fruit of the Loom plant with 1000 employees and then closed a few years ago. It has a wood pellet fired, steam generating station and a huge water supply. It would make a great gun factory. Rural, isolated, could have great security.
