HeliBars risers off of a 2009 Concours 14. I'm guessing it will fit other years.
Model number is HR04017. Looks like this is an older style that comes with a RAM ball and a power socket. It's not on their site anymore, but I found some info on them in an old HeliBars newsletter:

HR04017 - The Pilot™ for the Concours14. This model features a Powerlet� Socket and Ram Mount� Ball. Dimensions are 2" taller, 3/4" rearward. One question we have been receiving on this particular model is "Why the powerlet socket? I already have a cigarette lighter" The reason is simple - when you mount to your Pilot riser your cabling and GPS move with your every turn ensuring a complete and secure connection while riding. Also available for this model are optional accessories for powering up your GPS."
