Momma just walked out to take pup for a p, walked 15 ft from the door, and while pups was doing her business momma looked up and was 4 ft, nose to nose, with an awesome 10 pt buck..... she stood there in awe as he sniffed the dog, took another look at her, and trotted across the yard..... mmmmmmm looks like Sunday dinner.
Monday morn when I walked out to my truck, after watching a 6 pt doing the flehmen posture thing in the yard while making a fresh scrape about 40 ft from the door, I walked up on him standing in my driveway, with the 10 pt dude, and shot 4 pictures of the 6 w/ my cell phone before they both torqued out to the back yard... gonna be a great bow season in my yard this year.....
