I have my stock rack with a few holes drilled in it from a mounting plate I used to use for my top case. If you look at the underside pics you can see where there is some damage to the back where the holes had to be drilled but they really don't affect the structural integrity of the rack. Not looking to really make any money, so lets say $10 shipped in the US and when I go to ship it if I can get it sent for real cheap I'll reimburse some of the funds.
