GIVI Monokey E52 Maxia with LED brake lights
« on: April 05, 2013, 10:19:24 AM »
GIVI E52 Maxia with LED brake lights (no turn or tail) to try and catch the attention of trailing motorists.  I also bought a backrest pad made for another GIVI and trimmed it to fit my E52.  My wife loved it since it put the backrest at the right height for her (5'4'').  Only used for long road trips and when my wife rode with me so it hasn't been used more than a dozen or so times.  There is one scuff on the red lens (shown in the picture) other than that, there is no noticeable wear and tear.  The wiring is secured inside the case with duct tape and to hook the wiring up to your bike you will just need a four pin trailer harness.  I would like to get $280 plus a flat rate of $35 for shipping in the lower 48.

No it doesn't.  But I bet Phillip in Texas could set you up.

Jeremy. I have the exact same one (came with my bike) except I just finished painting it gloss black to match my bike.   8)

I love the way you did your LEDs, they look great!

I also just wired mine today as well, but will have brake, turn, and running lights.

Good luck with the sale, it's a great trunk!

So how's the work front going?

I originally had brake, turn and tail light but I decides to use all the light for brake to make it really stand out when I need it the most.

Work starts on Monday, I just got into Bismarck today after an 1100 mile drive and am settled into my condo.  Should be a very busy summer for me, hopefully I can squeeze some riding in.  A huge plus to this place is I have a garage to store my bike and the C14.
