Looking for Rack and backrest combo

I had an 09 c14 and had bought a rack ( just like Phil's racks ) for it, but this one had a backrest attached to it, and was held on by three screws. I can't find that set up anywhere now, as I just bought a 12 c14. Does anyone know what rack combo I'm thinking about?

check out Pirate's Lair, they add their backrest to Phil's rack and sell it as a combo.

thats the one that came on my bike. Former owner had put it on. Very sturdy under acceleration loads. Thick pad and good width. A bit harder to use with some tail bags due to size but the SO loves it.
