radiator cap replacement: 93 geo metro

Just as an fyi (this is probably known already) a 93 Geo metro radiator cap is a direct swap on for a C10, and most parts stores have one in stock.

Last sat was out riding and it seemed to have a bit of incontinence, so swung by advance auto and 7 bucks later:

well.. it worked.. till it didnt.  TBH, ive only had that bike a year.

Here in the UK we have the 'gpz900r portal' aka GPZ zone, they sell parts for the 900, 500, 600, and 1000RX
Many parts fit our gtr1000, they do a radiator cap for about £12 and a thermostat for £20: half the price of genuine parts!
Also sell genuine parts, plus loads of bits n pieces that fit our 1000 😁

i hear ya. but my point is, if anyone sout and needs one on the road... you can just pop into a store and pick one up.
