The video that you (Timsatx) posted contained the background information on why the rider was doing what he was doing in English. This may be the same guy that crashed the first 08 model on a demo run.

Those rascally French...they even have a scene next to some docks. Some think this may have been staged but even if true, destroying a perfectly good bike for journalistic purposes deserves the guillotine, whatever brand.

Moto Journal, at first I though, staged, no way. But then I watched this video, those guys are hilarious! They will do ANYTHING for a laugh.
