Two milestones, 150K miles & 100K on SISF's 7th gear MOD
« on: August 08, 2011, 10:56:06 PM »
Just crossed 150K miles on my 05 Concours, and 100K miles on SISF's 7th gear MOD.  The 7th gear MOD has worked great all this time without a single problem.

That's funny Dewayne - I was actually just thinking about you, I hadn't seen you post in awhile. Nice to "see" you again!

That was actually the very first unit I'd built, IIRC. It was from my engine. Jim Snyder got the first unit out of the shop, then you asked for a unit, and all I had was the original unit. Nice to see it has proven it's worth! Steve

Yes I have been busy lately.  I am happy that the mod worked so well, since it is unit #0001 should I send it to the Shoodabeen museum when I have retired my bike  :'(   :)
