Title: Picking up an 09 this weekend....

Getting a one way flight to GA and riding it back to NC.  Weather is supposed to be nice.  So Hi, new to the forums.  Any advice on a route back?  Thinking back roads northeast of Atlanta. and hitting 64 west of Lake Lure.  I live in Asheboro and could take 64 all the way or if I wanted to make better time hit 40 around statesville.

Oh yah she's all in black....Just my opinion but it has to be the fastest color right? :popcorn:

Saturday  :)  Thanks for the heads up though!

Checked the report again....looks like I am taking the fastest route.  30s/40s.  Though I am sure that this bike will be warmer than my ZRX was.

Yes, Black is fastest and she will be WAY warmer than your ZRX.
In the summer you may wish she wasn't though :-)

Made it back to NC with her safe and sound!  Boy she has a long twist throttle...gotta search for swapping throttle tubes.  I like a shorter turn.
