Instant Farkles
« on: February 06, 2012, 02:09:08 AM »
I picked up my bike about a week ago and finally took some pics. The bike was loaded up with farkles.

1. Rear Fender Eliminated
2. Cee Bailey Windshield (original included)
3. Muzzy Exhaust (original included)
4. Sargeant Seat
5. Handlebar risors
6. Battery tender
7. Handlebar ends
8. Frame sliders
9. Lowered footpegs
10. Go cruise
11. Custom Cover (still in box)
12. Givi Top Case

Farkles that I still plan to get are:

1. Fender Extender
2. Hand Wings
3. Better tip over protection
4. Credit card Key Fob

Here are some pics

of all that list, the GoCruise is the best bang for the buck!

Tires will be the best farkle. Michelin PR2s or PR3s.

I love my go cruise, but as I have previously posted, $20 for a 20cent piece of plastic is not what I consider a great deal  ;)

I will probably need new tires soon.

good time to ask this.  How doe sthe Go cruise work with the GTR?   I have heard some bikes the grips give too much or the throttle is too sensitive.  Any road experience?

Congrats Bosco on your new ride, don't know what you paid but it looks like to got several thousand dollars worth of farkles.

Regarding the Go Cruise, I have one on my bike and I am not a fan. It does not hold a steady speed and if was lost or stolen I would not replace it. I know there are others on this forum who like the device.

I have the Go Cruise as well. Have used it several times with no issues. I do use the supplied rubber band which helps it stay at speed for longer periods. No complaints here.

Actually I have not used the Go Cruise. It turned out the bike had several farkles not listed. One of which was the throttlemetister. So I have been using that.

That was one of the reasons that I bought this particular bike. It had a lot of the farkles that I would have purchased anyway.
