When I bought my C14 I was planning on buying bag liners from RKA or the like.  I was getting ready to go on a trip and decided I wanted something quickly in the interim, so I went to Target and looked. Target has bags that fit almost perfectly for $10. I figured it would be worth it for $20 since I wouldn't be out much and planned on buying the "proper" bags when I git back. Well it's been almost a year and I'm still happily using the bags from Target. I still may get the RKAs but there is no pressing need now.

What kind of bags are they?  What department did you find them in?

Sorry, I saw what I needed further in the thread :-[

Anyone using these Bestem liners? The price seems to be quite a bit lower...

I have these liners and I am very please with them.
Bestem also has Givi top case liners (E46) which also fit well. The only complaint I had was that the bags didn't smell very nice internally when new, so I placed a couple of those fabric conditioner sheets to take away the smell.

TIP 101: When you have finished using the liners for a trip place fabric conditioner sheets in each bag.

Jon.

Hmmm, interesting, and only $30! Might have to pick me up one of those, thanks Jon.

You are most welcome  ;D ;D ;D ;D
Forgot to mention that the zippers could be an issue "down the road" because sometimes they tended to catch on the fabric on the Givi liner . Could use a little dab of silicone spray to make the zipper "glide" a little better.

As you stated, not expensive and worth a shot.

Jon.

Can you read minds!!

I was thinking the same thing the other day. Portland is not far for me and so a roll call may highlight who would be interested in a meet.

Appreciate your comments about my ride as it took me over 3 weeks to add all the farkles  ;D ;D ;D ;D

I just bought a Bell Star Helmet last week, on clearance of course, cuz $550 is a LOT for a helmet (nice helmet by the way if your wondering), but the helmet bag it came with makes a perfect bag liner. It's like a perfect fit for the C14 bags. Almost like the helmet bag was designed for the C14....here's a couple pics, check it out...

That's so funny, nearly soaked my keyboard in beer  ;D ;D ;D ;D

I don't mind doing the leg work, but any PNW event should be near the end of August due to July schedule.
Do you want to help?

Jon.

Sounds fun!
