Hi George, in answer to your question will they fit the C10 and C14, I have reviewed Topblock racing and the bikes have different bars. However, on looking at the pictures it would seem that the bottom part of the fairing on both bikes is the same design so unless the bottom part of the fairing is wider on the later model, then I would see no reason why they could not fit as the protection bars themselves, also different in design are the same looking shape and the ends look to be very similar in design.
I have read on one of the other forums that the earlier designs are the better looking ones and are preffered to the newer designs. Not sure is the plastic caps on the end are sold seperately by the company but might be worth asking as they are only screwed on and if so, should be a cheap fit to make mine perfect.
Sorry i cannot be much more help but I am trawling various forums on the parts I have to try to get them to people that can make use of them rather than going to someone that will try to make a profit out of me as I am selling most items at a loss compared to what i originally paid for everything.
I also have some fairing items that might get people out of trouble for now. Again not perfect but will make a get by for now item.
