Anyone using the Denali D2 Dual Intensity Lights? If so, what is your take on the lights and where do you have them mounted? I know the forum is full of talk on the auxiliary lights but I am interested in the Denali D2 lights and so I want to hear from the guys using those lights.
Also, what's your opinion on the best light out there for driving lights mounted under the mirrors...Denali, mondo, piaa? Why?
Last, what about mounting driving lights under the mirrors and a fog lights near the wheel...anyone?
Sorry to bug you guys with these questions but too many options and I prefer to hear it straight from you guys rather than read a write up on the website.
Thanks!

I'm using the DM1 lights. They are great for my intended purpose.... Daytime visibility. The brilliant white lights contrast against anything. Oncoming vehicles seem to see me, as well as cars at intersections- No more people pulling out in front of me.
The gains at night are good. I have mine (with the spot lenses) aimed level with my low beam and a bit outside of the normal low beam. Road signs light up like daylight! Deer eyes show really well too. I do still have better lighting with my high beam added.
I have mine mounted here...

I can only imagine how much the DM2's would help the night time lighting.

My mondos are in same location as ljcorby but I fabricated a bracket so they extend about 4 1/2 inches from the outer most edge of the fender

I have Denali D1s on my Versys and the mondo mm10 lights on the concours. I believe they both work equally well at providing additional lamination and conspicuity, but the mondo lights are a fraction of the cost.
Mine are mounted on my canyon cages to provide as wide a stance as I could to oncoming cars.

I want the 2 sets on teh bike, one under or near the mirrors and the other around the front tire. The Denali D2's are expensive but I like the idea of them being "dual intensity" so they won't annoy oncoming traffic at night.

I put the amber skeendesign Photon Blaster LEDs down by the wheel. They are also turn signals and flash when I tap the front break lever twice.
