Name is David 58yrs old, wife and I live in Norther Utah in a small town.
Just picked up a 2012 last weekend. I'm the second owner, she has 24,000 miles on her with no issues. Pervious owner was very matriculas.
I am also in love with my 2002 ZZR1200 which is down for maintenance right now (carb rebuild, valve check, front tire, ect) with 53,000 miles on her.
I do all my own work as I have been in & out of the mechanic field since my teen years, currently in the heavy equipment field.
My other (not ridden so much) show of classic is an 1985 VFR 750. Love riding this and having those who know bikes strike up a conversation with me about it.
Excited to read up on the Concours to issues that may arise, what mods you all have done. My plan is the 3 day road trips with her, besides the daily commute back and forth to work.
