Title: Hello - from KS
Post by: 2007BruteForece on September 13, 2022, 04:35:32 AM
Hello all.  Picked up a  2009 C14, 42k miles a few months ago.

Came with canyon cages, risers & wedges, saddleman seat & calsci windscreen.

Really been enjoying it so far.

Welcome!
I was born and raised in Hays, KS but out in Utah now.
Kansas taught me to ride in crosswinds

Thanks guys.
I am in Northeast KS, not to many curvy roads around.  Grew up on dirt bikes and atvs.  First street bike was a 06 Honda 919, then on to a Honda Blackbird, which I still have.  Now have added the C14 to the stable.

Have added the following to the C14, Shoodaben MRP flash, AST rider and passenger peg lowering, T-Rex adjustable highway pegs.

McCruise is on the winter to do list, have had one on the blackbird for a number of years and love it for long boring straight stretches of highway.
Would also like to try out some different seats in the future too, the saddleman is decent, but after 120 miles or so my backside gets sore.

Welcome from the UK.  ;D
Sounds like you need a Corbin or a custom saddle.
The RDL is the ultimate but $$$$ and many don't like the looks of them.
