Fairing U-nut
« on: March 04, 2012, 04:40:12 PM »
I lost a U-nut. Can you buy a them at Home Depot or a decent hardware store? I went to an Ace Hardware and all they had were non-metric ones.

The answer is yes! I bought a box of 50 from the local automotive hardware/trim/etc store. Brand on the box is Au-Ve-Co. They supply the OEMs and repair shops.

Really Cholla. Ok. I'll keep that on the back burner. Bowtie has one in the mail.
Mettler, I knew about Murph's (ordered lots of cool stuff from him. My conk is a better conk, thx to Murph). I should've ordered a pack a long time ago in case this ever happened.
