Will the stock concourse windscreen mount on the Rifle base?

Well, not entirely no.  It will if you cut it to fit.

Better yet, if you have the base and no screen, get a GL1100 screen and cut it to fit.  Then put a GL1500 vent in it.
Best.  Screen.  Ever.

I love mine.  Of course Ive not tried the name brand expensive ones, but I can block the lower hole if its raining and close the vent.
If its hot, I can open the vent and have a ton of airflow! 

On second thought, maybe its just the vent addition to any screen thats the best ever...
