How much do these classes cost in other states? Here in my area it's $25 and $5 of that is refundable at the end of the class. Everyone just donates the $5 though.

$350 in our area when we checked.  It is run by private business.

Wow! My wife took it a few years back. I want to think $25 at the local Community College. Pass it and no need to take practical MC endorsement exam. Still the same price last time I looked but when the classes are posted online they fill up in under 30 seconds for the year.

Thanks- here it was $170 for the two full days training, the paperwork to take to DMV for the endorsement, AND her learning on and using their bikes for the weekend  :D

I got a $15 discount....

I may be picking one of these with less than 4000 miles for her as a lerner bike tomorrow if it works out. Can't have my ZX9R scratched, and this bike is a steal if my low-ball is accepted-

Its this same bike/color in brand new condition. And i bet i run the wheels off of it too, perhaps some "light" track duty too  :D

The ZZR makes a great light sport touring bike.  My buddy rode his on our 7000 mile adventure this past summer.  I rode the Versys so he wouldn't feel bad about his ZZR performance.  LOL!  It is a nice bike with not too aggressive ergos.

Thanks, the ZZR 600 years 2005-up  is the same exact bike as the Ninja ZX6-R  "2002"

I picked up a '08 model today, that the lady bought in 2010.  4,000 miles on it and got it for next to nothing.  And the lady had it lowered already, saves me the hassle for Teressa!

Only thing not stock on the bike, even the factory reflectors, rear fender, and original turn signals are on it!

Teressa sure makes that bike look huge!  Is she getting comfortable on it?  How is the reach to the bars?  You could do raised clip ons if she needs them closer.

She rocked the bike Sunday for the first time.  I rode some slow lap times with her around the neighborhood

^^^ yes sir, well maybe anyway. I'm elated she didn't fall and scratch the bike or herself!

Very nice. Slow control is way more important than fast control.
